Calibration Services Inc. is now part of Cal-Cert, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration and metrology provider and a proud member of the Accredited Labs network.
This is a change we made with you in mind. The people you've worked with, the responsiveness you count on, and the attention to detail that has always defined CSI's service — none of that is going away. What you're gaining is access to expanded capabilities, a broader scope of accredited services, and the resources of a nationally recognized network.

Will pricing change?
Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible and avoid unnecessary disruption. Any pricing changes will be communicated clearly when and if they occur.

Turnaround time will remain the same.

Will certificates look different?
Yes, certificates may look different as work transitions into the Cal-Cert calibration system.
The certificate format may change, but the goal remains the same: provide clear, complete, and compliant calibration documentation. Cal-Cert is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, and applicable accredited calibration work will continue to be supported under the appropriate accredited scope.

What happens to open quotes?
Open quotes will be honored as we transition to our new system. Customers should not need to start over. If you have an open quote, please contact the Cal-Cert team so we can confirm status, review the quoted scope, and determine the appropriate next step.

What happens to equipment already at Calibration Services Inc.?
The goal is to avoid disruption and make sure work already in process continues moving forward.

Will my calibration records transfer?
Calibration records and service history are an important part of the transition plan.
Customers will receive additional guidance on how historical records, certificates, and recall
information will be accessed through the Cal-Cert / Accredited Labs portal moving forward.
